L’Oréal is looking for a retained corporate comms agency to help deliver its CSR programmes in the UK, PRWeek has learned.

Fishburn has held the account for the past two years, but is not repitching for the work. The agency will continue to work with L'Oréal on projects.

The brief is retained and UK-focused. The chosen agency will help deliver PR for L'Oréal's CSR programmes, including the L'Oréal–UNESCO For Women in Science programme (2015 award winner Professor Dame Carol Robinson pictured above), as well as a full corporate communications brief.

L'Oréal held chemistry meetings with agencies before Christmas. The pitch process is being run through creativebrief.

L'Oréal currently works with brand PR agency Dowal Walker, which looks after its products La Roche Posay and Vichy on a retained basis in the UK. L'Oréal's remaining 32 brands each have a team of in-house PRs working on them.
