Amazon came to us with a problem: despite offering one of the best customer services in the world, their reputation was suffering. Through qual and quant research we established the right first step to tackle this – highlighting how they treat their people. We developed a campaign approach which focussed on communicating Amazon’s differentiated employee benefits, to a very specific opinion elite audience, who’s trusted opinion would go on to reach far wider audiences. Â
The docu style films ran across Europe, featuring real employees and their stories, all produced by our sister production company, Collective Studios. Â
