She served on the 2024 Jury for D&AD Health & Wellness, and Pharma and is a former Creative Equals x Campaign Future Leader One to Watch, Executive Creative Director at Pocc, and Creative Co-Director at the LGBTQ+ advocacy group Outvertising.

Ruth was also a mentor and key creative leader for the launch of McCann Worldgroup’s global Ambition Collective initiative to bring gender parity to creative leadership.
