If we hope to capture people's imaginations, influence larger conversations and change the world for the better, we believe we must always put our best selves forward, together. For clients, this means we offer an additional 10% of clients’ retained fees as “Purpose Pounds ” towards their social cause. To date this has resulted in over 100 charities being served and £1 million in time donated on our client’s behalf. Additionally, each member of our staff is encouraged to take two “Purpose Days” each year to donate their time to a social cause of their choosing.
