Naspers and Prosus

With shareholders unable to attend an AGM in person, Naspers and Prosus took the opportunity to move all aspects of their AGM online. MerchantCantos worked with them and their Shareholder Services partner, Computershare, to create dedicated microsites with embedded webcast video.
