His work building independent creative agency Neverland’s brand has helped them quickly become an established name in the creative industries. Before moving into agency marketing, Tom worked in client service roles at agencies including adam&eveDDB, Havas and Mr. President.

Ed started his career at St Luke’s back in 1998, left 7 years later to gain experience at other agencies, and has now returned to his alma mater. During that time he has been Head of Account Management, Managing Partner, and now Managing Director. Along the way, he’s led the double Gold IPA effectiveness award-winning travel demand management programme for the London 2012 Olympics, as well as overseeing numerous award-winning campaigns for Heinz, NatWest, TfL and the DfT’s drink drive campaign. His experience spans brands as diverse as Absolut Vodka, PlayStation Europe, NatWest and TFL. At St Luke’s Ed currently oversees Heathrow, SWR and KP.

Thea Hamrén is an award winning Creative Director and co-founder of First Lady Agency, a purpose-driven independent creative shop in Stockholm, Sweden. With clients such as Greenpeace, TikTok, the Keep Sweden Tidy foundation, Svea Bank and Bris Children’s Rights Society they are on a mission to create positive change through communication & action.

A Hyper Island alumni, Thea has worked in New York, Stockholm and London, previously at Mr President, Syrup and DigitasLBi with clients like The Body Shop, Greenpeace, Sony, Martini, The Guardian & Macmillan Cancer Support. She is an advocate for diversity and a keen lecturer and mentor for creative schools.

She joined the agency in 2020, after heading up strategy on M&S, Zalando, Vodafone and Volvo at Grey London. She’s delivered several award-winning campaigns and was instrumental in bringing the Airbnb account to EMEA during her time at TBWA.

With a degree in psychology and economics, Sarah is deeply fascinated with how people interact with brands.
