Jeremy Davies is Head of Impact and Communications at the Fatherhood Institute, a UK charity working to build a society that values, prepares, and supports men as involved fathers and caregivers. Jeremy’s work involves leading the organisation’s communications and policy influencing work; contributing to research; leading impact partnerships with universities and other partners; developing evidence-based resources for specialist and lay audiences; writing funding bids; and press liaison. He founded the MITEY (Men In The Early Years) campaign, contributed to the Fawcett Society Commission on Gender Stereotypes, and is a member of Diverse Educators and the Global Equality Collective. A father of one, he joined the FI in 2006 after completing a Masters in Research and his PhD about gay fathers' paternal experiences and practices. Before that he worked as a journalist, both in staff roles as a reporter and magazine editor, and as a freelance news, feature and book writer.
