Post merger of Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R, they have become the largest creative network in the world, with Graham responsible for ensuring the talent acquisition function is consistent and market-leading across all operating companies. Prior to joining VML, Graham was Head of Talent Acquisition for Havas Creative & Media Group UK.
