Sophie Kozlowski-Dormon is a senior conceptual creative. She’s worked for agencies including The Brooklyn Brothers, AnalogFolk, Monks and Serviceplan London as well as in-house at Apple. She’s spent time on big brands like MINI, BMW, Jaguar, Lancôme and White Claw.
Her sixteen-year career has been filled with decks, deadlines and the occasional existential debate over an em dash. She’s written hundreds of headlines, dozens of scripts and even more concepts, and it’s easy to see from her work that she’s loved every minute.
On top of being an exceptionally strong conceptual lead, Sophie knows how to shape a tone of voice that holds an entire campaign together – she can craft radio that cuts through, and makes light work of long-form editorial. When she’s off the clock you’ll find her either at a gig, walking her dog Buddy or adopting baby squirrels.
