Boots is supercharging its beauty credentials by signing up to be the official beauty partner of ITV2’s Love Island.

The partnership, which kicks off next month, marks the eighth series of the reality dating show that the beauty retailer has sponsored. A commitment which reflects the marketing firepower of playing the long game.

Once again, Boots is using the partnership to promote the ever-increasing range of cult beauty brands stocked at its high street and online stores.

The partnership will see Boots exclusively stock the villa with over 130 different beauty brands across premium makeup, fragrance, skincare, suncare, grooming, indulgent bathing and hair care lines.

This collaboration is a powerful platform for us to showcase the breadth and quality of our beauty offering, and we know it resonates strongly with our customers.

Keeping the partnership fresh, the brands included in the villa will include a range of new-to-Boots beauty options, including Medicube, GHD, Tocobo and Glow for It.

The partnership will also see the return of brand favourites including Fenty, No7, Soltan, Bubble, Huda Beauty and E.L.F. For viewers who want to crack on and shop villa beauty favourites for themselves, Boots has made it easy to shop through the Love Island app and a dedicated hub on boots.com.

Later this summer, the launch of the newest Boots x Love Island Beauty Box, featuring a selection of exciting brands straight from the villa, will continue to build hype.

Peter Markey, Chief Marketing Officer at Boots, explained: “This collaboration is a powerful platform for us to showcase the breadth and quality of our beauty offering, and we know it resonates strongly with our customers.”

He continued: “This year, we’ve curated an exceptional line-up of brands for the villa, and we’re excited to bring even more value to shoppers at home through exclusive offers that make the Love Island look more accessible than ever.

Bhavit Chandrani, Director of Be Studio at ITV, added: "We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Boots once again this summer, bringing the best in beauty to the villa. ITV's recent Creative Boost research showed that Be Studio's branded entertainment campaigns help deliver cut-through and stand-out for advertisers, which is evidenced by the longevity of this great partnership."

Boots will be supporting the partnership by continuing its marketing campaign entitled ‘Find the Ones’. The campaign will help customers discover the products seen on the show for themselves with easy ways to shop. The campaign will also run on social using the hashtag #FindtheOnes.

The first episode of this year's Love Island starts at 9pm on Monday 9th June on ITV2 and ITVX.
