YouTube levels up creator partnerships with social series

Dee Dalencour, Senior Designer, Elmwood New York Dee started as an intern in Elmwood New York in 2018 and has become a critical member of the agency’s design team. She’s worked on blue-chip clients including GSK, Danone and Kimberly-Clark and is also a major advocate of Elmwood’s DEI efforts, orchestrating and designing features for Black History Month, Women’s History Month and the agency’s Creative Conversation series, which highlights creative from under-represented backgrounds. Conor Smith, Senior A/V Designer, 26 Conor joined MSQ’s digital agency 26 as an intern whilst studying at university, and has stayed at the agency ever since. He’s worked on some of 26’s most eye-catching work, including the NHS ‘Missing Type’ digital activity, as well as award-winning work for Yorkshire Tea and Asda Money. In his spare time, Conor owns multiple online brands including PunHub, which has over 2 million followers across platforms and a best-selling book through global publisher Penguin.
