The second All In Summit, presented by the Advertising Association, has revealed the first wave of speakers for the summit.

The hybrid event, which will take place on 11 May at London’s QEII Centre and will also be streamed online, will feature speakers from companies including Boots UK, adam&eveDDB, GroupM, EssenceMediacom, MFUSE and Kantar. The summit will be hosted by Ben Hunte, senior reporter for VICE World News.

The Summit will be the first place the industry can see the results of the 2023 All In Census, which takes place on March 15. The Census provides the data which is key to the   Advertising Association, the IPA and ISBA’s ongoing work to build a more inclusive workplace and better support the industry’s talent.

Tickets are now on sale with full details available here. Key sessions planned include the Reveal of the All In Census Results and Response from the Industry, along with in-depth looks at Industry Salaries and Salary Progression, Hybrid Working, How to Attract and Retain Talent as well as workshops with All In Champion organisations.

Confirmed speakers include Nadach Musungu, Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Kantar, Pete Markey, Chief Marketing Officer at Boots UK, Sufia Hussain, Inclusion Equity & Diversity Director EMEA at Wunderman Thompson, Josh Krichefski, CEO EMEA and UK at GroupM and Kathryn Jacob, CEO, Pearl & Dean and Chair of All In.

Kathryn Jacob, Chair of All In and CEO, Pearl & Dean, explained: “As we approach the All In Census next month and recognise the work of our many All In Champions, we plan for this event to be highly interactive with maximum audience participation to ensure an open and inclusive dialogue throughout the event and plenty of networking opportunities to meet with like-minded colleagues.”

On March 15, every individual advertising and marketing services professional working in the UK will be asked to spend around 15 minutes sharing census-style data in a confidential and independent study conducted by Kantar. This year’s All In Census will feature specific questions on retention in the advertising industry as well as new questions to gain a deeper understanding of topics such as hybrid working. As before, an added incentive to encourage teams and colleagues to take part is that member companies of AA, IPA or ISBA who reach a certain level of responses can also receive their own set of aggregated data.

The first All In Census took place during the March 2021 lockdown and was supported by over 16,000 people working in UK advertising and marketing services, across brands, agencies, media owners and tech companies. The richness of the data helped build the most detailed understanding yet of the industry’s make-up and shaped the All In Action Plan, a series of nine actions which companies across the industry are encouraged to implement.

Applications to become an All In Champion are ongoing and now require companies to submit evidence against all nine actions. Companies can submit their application form online.
