Culture
Clubhouse culture is everything to us. It’s one of the main reasons the studio is still here, and we care about it a great deal. When we say ‘CH.S culture’ we mean everything from how much we care about our work, how we build relationships with our clients, to how we treat and support everyone on the team, how we all win together and how we all lose together.
It’s the little things we do every day so make the studio a great place to work, and the bigger things we do throughout the year to say thank you for all the amazing and hard work.
But it’s also what you bring to it. The foundation of our culture comes from us, but every single person in the studio owns it, and that’s the way it should be. We want everyone to help shape what the studio culture is, it should evolve and change when new people join and it should be constantly growing with the team.
Ambition
CH.S exists because we believe we can do what we do differently to how others have done it before. We can create work that pushes the industry vs work that simply mirrors it, we can turn commercial briefs into projects that create opportunities and visibility for people or communities that deserve it, and we can use our position of power to ascend influence - changing how brands think and act for the better.
We already do all this because we create with purpose, and care about creating change.
