When BT launched ‘BT Means Business’ - its first above-the-line brand campaign in two years - we made sure 7,500 employees were not just aware of it, but energised by it.

We created ‘You’re the Business’, a bold internal activation that:

  • Put employees front and centre with a hero portrait series
  • Launched an internal Spotlight film series to showcase the people behind the business
  • Used long-form headlines to pump up pride and show every employee the impact of their work
