Culture
We have a unique range of people at OneFifty that aren’t typically found in a social or digital agency – from data scientists and psychologists to professional Instagrammers - all under one roof with one common goal. It’s the perfect blend of create and data-led individuals.
We also work in a different way - because evidence has told us it works better, we don’t follow what’s gone before. We need to follow what’s proven to be better. Authenticity is key, we focus on growing our own and we have digital systems that give us total transparency of information (like Slack, Google Docs and Todoist). We want people to be the best version of them - not the version of a pre-defined role.
Ambition
Our focus is on doing the right type of work - which is what served us so well when we first launched and continues to do so during the pandemic. It’s not about doing all the work and we don’t want to grow at all costs. That’s why our long-term ambition isn’t to be the biggest, but the most influential digital agency.
