We’re an eclectic mix - thinkers, doers, northerners, southerners, creative dreamers, work hard – play harders, bossy ‘to do list’ types, ambitious go getters, celeb spotters, excessive tweeters, football fanatics, fashionistas, bad joke tellers, Brits and non-Brits, cheese on toast likers, cool designer characters, 'when’s the bar open?' sociable types, quiet reflective musers, jeans wearers, the suited and booted, maths whizzes and people who avoid the lifts. It’s a hard working, straight talking, no-politics, friendly culture where successes are always shared. With a drink if possible.


Ambition

We don’t do formulaic thinking. We’re curious. We question. We challenge. We see too many communication campaigns that fail. Ours don’t because we provoke thought and provoke action.

Provocation helps us design campaigns which cut through the noise and generate engagement and debate.
