About
Founded in 1983, our roots are in newsstand titles, where we launched Top Gear, Homes & Antiques, Gardeners' World and Good Food – all for the BBC. Today we use these consumer magazine skills to produce creative branded content for our clients and their customers.
In 1994 we joined the AMV.BBDO group, part of Omnicom, which allows us to offer clients the additional benefits of working with a major agency network. Redwood founded its North American business in Toronto in 1999 and now has offices in Chicago and New York. In 2006, we opened offices in Tokyo to service the Asia-Pacific market.
We employ the best talent in editorial, design, planning and research, data, advertising sales, print production and account management. Our focus is on providing client satisfaction through our strategic thinking, the quality of our work, the consistency and professionalism of our delivery and the rigorous research we adopt to measure the effectiveness of our work.
This mantra of 'think, create, deliver and prove' has served our clients well over the last 25 years and is why we have enjoyed such long associations with major brands; M&S since 1987, BT and Volvo since 1994, Boots since 1998, to name just a few.
Today we work for some of the best-known brands in the world, across print and digital media, creating inspiring content that works for both our clients and our readers. This is demonstrated by the number of awards we win – including three BSME awards for Customer Magazine Editor of the Year and the prestigious PPA Customer Magazine of the Year, which we have won five times in the past seven years.
This year, we are proud to be awarded Marketing magazine's Customer Magazine Publishing Agency of the Year, while Land Rover's Onelife is the current APA Customer Magazine Of The Year.
In 2007 we have printed and distributed more than 100 million magazines in 30 languages for 75 countries. Increasingly, we are also developing web and rich media solutions offering our clients a fully integrated approach to communicating with their customers.
