Jenny is the Founder of Flink, an enterprise task share platform that makes it easy for employees to share work with colleagues when they need to work less for any reason. Frustrated with the lack of gender diversity at a senior level in financial services, Jenny left her role as HSBC’s Global Head of Digital Communications & Employer Brand in 2020 after 11 years to find a way to revolutionise the accessibility of quality part-time opportunities. Jenny is a multi-award-winning creative leader with over 20 years of experience within journalism, marketing and communications, and brand strategy. Jenny’s varied career has included stints at Marie Claire magazine in NYC, Freud Communications, Edelman, Jack Morton Worldwide and Formula 1. Jenny also spent time as a film Location Manager on the Harry Potter and Bridge Jones film franchises. Jenny is currently a Senior Consultant at financial PR agency Cognito and has been a member of WACL since 2017.
