Nat is co-founder and CEO of Restless, an AI-native creative performance agency.
The agency is powered by Antenna, proprietary AI software, that maps audiences across the internet to build rich, evidence-backed profiles of current and future customers. This strategy amplifies the work of a senior team of social and performance experts.
Nat has held senior roles at various media and marketing businesses including Vice President of Digital for BBC Studios, where he built out the content agency that sits at the heart of the BBC Studios. It successfully combined their production and distribution creds to enable brands like Jaguar Landrover, Porsche, Dove, North Face, Hasbro & Hilton reach audiences across Bluey, BBCEarth, Top Gear & BBC.com.
Prior to this, Nat was COO, and latterly Co-CEO of Jungle Creations, where he helped transform the business into one of Europe’s most influential social publishers and agencies before he led the £60m sale to Private Equity.
