Eurostar teams up with artist Noma Bar for ‘Reasons to Eurostar’

The craft-focused campaign, from Adam&EveDDB, highlights reasons for people to choose the Eurostar.

Outlining the reasons why taking the Eurostar is a premium travel experience, Eurostar has teamed up with renowned graphic designer, illustrator and artist Noma Bar in a new visual campaign.

The eye-catching graphic campaign has been designed to catch the eyes of travellers and disrupt the automatic choice to travel by plane or by car.

The campaign, ' Reasons to Eurostar’, has been created with the help of Adam&EveDDB to demonstrate the many ways the Eurostar goes further to make European travel a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Visually appealing out of home and print executions make use of Noma’s distinctive illustration style. Engaging visuals, dynamic colours and clever use of negative space make for eye-catching creative executions that are coupled with punchy copy giving a reason to take the train. 

Executions include: ‘Time flies when you don’t’, ‘Get a speeding ticket’, ‘Carry on with your carry-ons’ and ‘Maybe 6am trains are too early’. Each creative brings together copy and art elements to allow viewers to find reasons to choose the Eurostar within the artwork.

“Every headline’s a little twist on what makes train travel the better choice. It’s been great to add another chapter to our long-running partnership with Eurostar and keep finding fresh ways to tell their story,” says Paula Hochberg, Creative Director at Adam&EveDDB.

The campaign runs across the UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands across digital out-of-home, radio and press until 20 June. The campaign includes bespoke and contextually relevant headlines for each of the different markets.

Kicking off with four illustrations, further visuals will be launched later in the year, alongside contextually relevant media buys on trains, in airports and at car service stations.

With simplicity and style, the campaign brings to life the power of creativity and the impact of craft.
