GymNation, the UAE-based gym brand, is calling on the creative community to design its next national billboard campaign.

The ‘Your Ad. Our Billboard’ campaign flips the script by calling on the personal trainers, members and creative community around the gym to submit original billboard concepts that ‘reflect the energy, inclusivity, and attitude of the GymNation movement.’

“The best ideas don’t come from boardrooms - they come from the community,” said Rory McEntee, Chief Marketing Officer at GymNation. He continues: “We have agencies and creatives reaching out to work with us all the time, so this is a chance to cut through and show us what you can really do. It’s not just about getting your work on a national billboard - it’s an opportunity to get in front of our senior marketing team and open the door to future collaborations.”

Participants are invited to submit their billboard designs by 18th May. GymNation’s internal team will shortlist the most compelling entries, which will then be opened to a public vote, ensuring the final decision reflects the voice of the community.

The winning design will be unveiled on National Billboard Day on June 1st. It will go live across a prominent national placement, supported by a full PR and media rollout.

Alongside the billboard, the winner will receive PR recognition across GymNation’s media channels, a complimentary GymNation membership, a GymNation merchandise bundle and a creative session with the brand’s marketing team.

Entrants can mock up their billboard designs using GymNation-provided templates and submit their work to [email protected] before the deadline.

GymNation has built its brand on defying category norms. The gym removed all the weights from its floors to encourage challenging conversations about mental health.

The challenger gym brand notched up another first by launching the world’s first ‘in gym’ hotel.
