Editorial Director CreativebriefUnity Living, the Scandinavian Hospitality Group, has unveiled a comprehensive brand transformation, created by Agit8.
Agit8 was tasked with bringing together a diverse audience under a single brand. To meet the brief, the agency created a distinctive visual identity that balances Nordic simplicity with a vibrant, human-centred personality.
To bring the brand to life, the agency commissioned illustrator James Brandow to create a suite of distinctive, character-led illustrations. The bespoke artwork was designed to bring warmth, personality and a contemporary sense of playfulness across the brand's touchpoints.
Web design agency Flourish worked on the launch of Unity Living's new website. The redesign included a complete overhaul of the platform's copy, user experience and interface design. All designed to create a more intuitive and seamless booking journey for guests.
Armon Bar-Tur, Chief Executive Officer at Unity Living, explained: “The most successful real estate brands are those that evolve alongside the people they serve. Unity Living is built around the changing needs of modern residents and travellers, and this new identity reflects that ambition with clarity, confidence and character.”
Alexander Stolerman, Managing Director at Agit8, added: “Hospitality brands can feel like a sea of sameness. We wanted to create a brand that felt unmistakably Unity; one that combines Nordic restraint with warmth, character and a sense of fun. The result is a distinctive identity that helps the brand stand apart while bringing together a diverse community of students, professionals and short-stay guests.”
