Our philosophy of Never Quiet is what defines the agency culture. It’s what we look for when hiring our talent, it’s the spirit we bring into every room and it’s the approach we take to every client brief we work on.

Atomic’s behaviours have been created to instil high levels of proactivity and creativity into every employee and we fundamentally believe these are the attitudes and actions needed to provide a genuinely unified offering to our clients. Ultimately, we strive to create a culture and environment, be that physical or digital, that enables everyone who walks through our doors to achieve something unforgettable.


Ambition

We are on a mission to put performance back into the heart of brand building. We aren’t a performance agency. But brand performance matters most to us. We increasingly see that clients are faced with an impossible decision. Do I build my long-term brand or double down on short-term performance?

For us, clients shouldn't have to compromise and pick one over the other. We believe great brand drives performance. And great performance builds brand. We have structured our agency from ground up to brand build in the age of performance. Delivering creative height and depth of capability in equal measure.
