This project was all about clarity of what the brand offers and conviction in its superiority to the competition.

There seems to be an unwritten rule that B2B advertising should feel as if no human beings were involved in the messaging. Almost like it’s from one big building somewhere, or the computers inside it, talking to other big buildings or their computers. Maybe the thinking is that any sense of humanity doesn’t feel professional enough.

We called bullshit on this and made a campaign that embraced the reality that behind every business decision is a human, especially in HR, so why not lean into that and make work with a soul.
