Oya has worked across some of the UK’s largest media brands including Initiative, Wavemaker, Sky, Viacom, Mindshare and Bauer Media – working with Recipe client-side and now a proud member of our family. Oya is an IPA Women of Tomorrow nominee and an accredited career coach. She is actively involved with Kick4Life – a charity dedicated to social change in Lesotho, Southern Africa and is a spoken word artist. She is on Recipe's board of directors, leads the agency's DE&I council and is shortlisted in Campaign's Inspiring Women Award as Visionary Business Leader 2024
