The out of home and social campaign depicts relatable pet scenarios to underline how the brand is there for owners.
Celebrating the heart-warming ways the nation takes care of its pets, Pets at Home’s new out of home and social campaign has been designed to show how the brand shares in the nation’s obsession and is there to support owners.
The new campaign from T&P is part of the brand’s ‘We’re all for pets’ positioning which sees Pets at Home delve into the weird and wonderful ways that owners dote on their pets.
A range of out of home and social assets depict heart-warming and comical pet scenes that owners might find familiar. Three different creative executions show a dog with its own extensive wardrobe, a cat which is featured in every single picture frame and a kitchen transformed into a playground for pet rats. The campaign is built around the line: ‘You do anything and everything for your pets. So do we.’
“This new campaign is a joyful celebration of that unique bond we have with our pets. It holds a mirror up to the funny, heartwarming, and very occasionally quirky things we all do for them,” says Madeline Shaw, Marketing Director at Pets at Home.
She continues: “It’s another brilliant expression of our purpose to make the world better for pets and the people who love them and embodies how we’re not just a retailer; everything we provide helps improve the lives of our customers and their pets.”
The campaign serves to show that Pets at Home understands and shares the passion that people have for their animal family members. It builds on Pets at Home’s brand relaunch in 2023 which sought to unify all areas of the business and ecosystem of care it provides from retail to grooming and veterinary services.
For the creative, T&P drew on insights from the Pets at Home's 2023 ‘We’re All for Pets’ report which uncovered some of the lengths that owners will go to for their pets. The campaign will run across out-of-home (OOH), social, and digital channels.
By celebrating the lengths that people will go to look after their animal loved ones, Pets at Home successfully shares in the nation's love of its pets.
