In a year where DEI has been under attack, as an industry, we are in very real danger of losing the hard-earned progress we have made when it comes to shaping a workplace in which everyone feels welcome.

In the face of budget slashes or executive orders, the way we operate as businesses and individuals is still up to us. In 2025, the very best leaders continue to make the space to listen, learn and share in the experiences of others.

At BITE, we are passionate about learning from the perspectives of others and raising the voices that the industry often dismisses or ignores. The opportunity to shape a workplace that works for everyone is still ours; we can only do this by embracing new perspectives.
